The Pappy’s Protection Plan is valid for one year from date of purchase. As a thank you to our customers, Pappy’s HVAC upholds a 5-year courtesy warranty on minor repairs we complete for those who choose to be a part of our maintenance plan. The only exclusions would be coils, compressors, and refrigerant. All minor repairs such as blower motors, contactors, capacitors, fan motors, zone dampers, control boards, etc. qualify as long as the annual maintenance agreement is maintained and does not lapse at any time in that 5- year warranty period.

Maintaining your equipment helps prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having Pappy’s do annual pre-season check-ups. Pappy’s gets busy once summer and winter comes, so it's best to have us check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall.
Cooling Maintenance (Straight A/C System or Heat Pump System)

Check indoor disconnect.
Check and Clean indoor evaporator coil.
Check indoor blower bearings for oil and leakage.
Check and clean drain lines.
Check all wiring and electrical connections.
